Shipping and returns
Send
All products are shipped via PostNL. Goods are shipped on every working day. We aim to deliver your order within 2 working days. With the exception of Sundays and Public Holidays, no deliveries will be made. Orders placed during the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday (if in stock).
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, PostNL will try to deliver the package to your neighbors and you will receive a message. If PostNL cannot deliver the package to the neighbors, they will leave a message and try again later (maximum 3 times). Netherlands
All orders over €50 are delivered free of charge in the Netherlands. If you order less than €50, you will pay €6.61 in shipping costs. Belgium All orders from €50 will be delivered free of charge in Belgium. If you order less than €50, you will pay €9.69 in shipping costs .Rest of Europe on request, send an email to: shop@vliegenthart.com
Collection
Orders can be collected during office hours. You can indicate this during the ordering process. Please note: You must first place an order before picking it up
Returns
If an item you have ordered is not good, you can always exchange this item as long as it is unused and undamaged. Before you return the products, you must register the return via shop@vliegenthart.com
